How to send us RETURN PRODUCTS or DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
- Download a local copy of our RETURN FORM and fill it out.
- Make sure to choose if this is a RETURN or a DEFECT
- Send the RETURN FORM to Info@epicarmoury.com
- You must pay for shipping of the product to our warehouse
- We will write you back with an update on your Return or Defect request.
- You can also contact one of our Recommended Retailers to save shipping costs and return your unwanted products locally. You cannot receive your money back by returning a product to your local Recommended Retailer, but will instead receive a store credit voucher in order to purchase a different product. You can find your local Partners and Recommended Retailers on this list.
I want to Return a product!
If you are not satisfied with a product you bought from epicarmoury.com, for any reason, we offer a refund within the first 14 days of receiving the product.
Note that returned products should be in the same condition as you received it, and you're responsible for all shipping costs when sending the product back to our office in Denmark. The responsibility of the product is yours until it arrives at Epic Armoury, so make sure to keep the shipping receipt.
When the returned product is received with a correctly filled out return form, you will receive a refund of your purchase to the paypal account or credit card used to make the purchase originally.
When returning a product, shipping prices may vary from the shipping prices that Epic Armoury offers.
When adding a Service fee to your order, from the Services tab, your product will be considered to be customized and will therefore not be returnable. But can still be sent in in the case of defects.
In order to file for a return and refund of a purchase, please follow the steps outlined in the section named "How to send products to us, in the case of a Return or a Defect"
My product is defective!
If you detect a manufacturing defect in your product within 2 years of purchase, we will repair or replace the product.
We will only repair or replace products that have a fault in the original construction. This means that if you did not care for your product or used it incorrectly, you are not entitled to a repair or replacement.
When we receive your email, we will determine how to handle your request and instruct you with the shipping details.

Need to change an existing order?
If you wish to change your order after it has been placed, please contact us and let us know of your problem.
We will do our best to fix your order before it has been shipped. If this change is made after we have shipped the order, you can exchange your item by submitting our return form to email@example.com. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs on returns made in this way.
