Shipping rates for individual countries
To find your countries shipping rate, simply choose your country in the Bag of holding (Cart) the shipping rate for the chosen country will then be shown in the lower corner of the screen, underneath the total price for any wares you may have in your bag of holding (Cart) at this time.
Please note, that you can get free shipping, if your bag of holding reaches a specific threshold, which is different for each country.
Orders are packed and shipped individually from our warehouse located in Copenhagen, Denmark. If you need delivery within Australia, New Zealand, Canada and North America, orders may be filled by our local Epic Armoury partners to accommodate faster delivery times. This does not add any additional cost to your purchase.
We usually pack and ship your order within 1 business day. Orders are shipped through FedEx, UPS, GLS and DHL depending on country, volume and weight and delivery time will depend on country of destination. Whenever possible we will send packages to a delivery point, close to your specified address first, if this is not possible we will send the package to you specified home address.
Import fees & Value added Tax
There will be no additional charges, customs processing fees or hidden fees for International postage shipping. We pay any additional fee or tax associated with sending the package to your destination.
Great Britain - Brexit. Imports of goods into Great Britain have been subject to new customs and import regulations since January 1st, 2021.
Dear UK Customer. While we wait for our UK VAT number, we have arranged for your orders to be shipped to you through our Recommended Retailer LARP INN. All orders will therefore be shipped to the UK on Mondays and conveyed to you by LARP INN. Due to the Brexit, we are shipping to the UK on Mondays only. This causes orders to be delayed by up to 7 days in some cases. We need a UK VAT number in order to sell to UK consumers. We currently have an application with the UK government for a VAT number. We have been informed by the UK HM Revenue & Customs that we would have an answer on our VAT application no later than 19 February 2021. This time is well passed by now. So: While we wait for our UK VAT number, we have arranged for your orders to be shipped to you through our Recommended Retailer LARP INN. You are always welcome to cancel your order and get your money refunded in full. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and hope to be up and normally running any time soon.
Turkey - Extra Tariffs. Be aware that while we do pay for customs, there might be extra fees incurred when receiving a shipment in Turkey. We have been notified by several customers from Turkey that they have had their shipments withheld by Turkish customs. As such, you may be forced to pay an extra tariff. We will try everything we can, from our end, to make sure that your package arrive as effortlessly as possible and have you avoid paying extra fees.

All countries are affected by government restrictions in some way, but we are able to get your orders out to all countries as it is now.
We generally use FedEx Economy for most of our packages in Canada, USA, New Zealand and Australia. Last update by FedEx start December is that they have now halted this service in these countries due to COVID-19. This means will have to replace the cheaper FedEx Economy service with the more expensive UPS Express Saver at this time, and therefore charging a temporarily higher shipping cost. There are days of the year where we are unable to ship your order. During these periods there may be a longer shipping and subsequent delivery time. This is usually due to national holidays. Do note that there might be other times where we are unable to ship your orders within our stated timeframe, if this happens you will be notified immediately.
Do note that this list is only for the days in which our warehouse is unable to pack and ship your order and not holidays that may affect delivery of your package.
